Josh Congdon
Mortgage Banker
Before becoming a mortgage banker, Josh learned the business from the ground up, working as a Loan Officer Assistant at Resource Financial since 2021. In addition to assisting many of our top producers with every detail of their borrower’s loans, he has also taken the initiative to educate himself on real estate financing. Now Josh is using those skills to help his clients navigate the process of buying a home.
“My favorite thing about being a loan officer is helping people achieve their homeownership goals through specialized solutions to best meet their financing needs.”
A graduate of Wofford College with a degree in finance, Josh was a college athlete who played baseball on the Wofford team and was named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll. He is an active member of Midtown Fellowship Church and enjoys playing golf, fishing and working out when he is not helping his borrowers achieve their dreams of home ownership.
