With more than 30 years commercial and mortgage lending experience, Dale has been responsible for launching mortgage divisions in several North Carolina banks. As a mortgage banker, she enjoys helping customers make their biggest transaction in life – from first time homebuyers to those financing their dream home with a jumbo loan. She assists each individual in the manner they prefer – handing their mortgage needs online, over the phone or in person – and she tailors each loan to fit her customer’s specific needs.
Dale is very involved in her community and attends Trinity Baptist Church in Raleigh. She has been a member of Women in Networking (WIN) for the past five years and serves on the Board of Directors for Dew 4 Him, a women’s prison ministry. A North Carolina native, Dale has attended UNC Chapel Hill and is an avid Tar Heel fan who enjoys UNC basketball and other sports. In addition to spending time with her two grown children and grandchild, she likes to participate in outdoor activities in her spare time.
