With an associate’s degree in accounting from the University of South Carolina and more than 26 years of experience in the financial industry, Daniel’s expertise includes financial planning, property and casualty insurance and annuities, in addition to mortgage banking. After 13 years as a private banker in NBSC’s corporate office, he switched his focus to mortgage banking because he loves helping first time homebuyers purchase their first home.
Daniel takes pride in making home ownership happen, especially for those who don’t believe they will ever own their own home. “Everyone can buy a home,” he says. “I use my experience and knowledge to teach people about the process and show them how to break down the barriers that might be keeping them from home ownership.”
