Eliza began her career in the mortgage industry while still in college, starting as an intern and working as a processor immediately after graduation. When she became a loan officer, her background in processing provided her a unique behind-the-scenes understanding of the loan process – knowledge she still uses today to deliver a smooth, efficient experience for every client.
Eliza is known for her personalized approach. “I know the mortgage process can feel overwhelming,” she says. “My goal is to make it as simple and stress-free as possible by tailoring the experience to each client’s needs. Helping people achieve homeownership never gets old—I love being part of that journey.”
Outside of work, Eliza enjoys relaxing by the pool, going on long walks with her dogs, Lucy and Marty, and spending quality time with her fiancé.
