Jane is an experienced residential loan specialist with a diverse background in all areas of residential lending. Jane has worked in many areas of mortgage loan processing, from application to underwriting and closing. She has a strong working knowledge of construction and renovation lending, rural housing, FHA, VA and conventional lending requirements.

Jane is a long time resident of the Forest Acres community and a graduate of the University of South Carolina. She is an active member of Shandon United Methodist Church and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and walking her dog when she is not helping her clients.
