When the home of my dreams became available I knew I had to act fast before someone else got it. Mark Taylor got me a pre approval letter on a Saturday within 3 hours of talking to him for the first time ever. As a result I was able to put forth an offer on the home I wanted the very same day it was listed online. Seller was looking to close fast and Mark found the best loan for me to start working on. I am self employed and it was difficult getting all the paperwork required but Mark moved wisely and expeditiously. As a result I actually closed on house over 1 week ahead of schedule. Along with being an incredible professional Mark was also a joy to work with and I now consider him a friend. I would definitely use Mark again and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
